I was one of the blessed people who were at this concert, I was right in the front row and it was an amazing concert, first Apocalyptica had a concert followed by Epica. This was the first time they did this song together. Apocalyptica recorded a song with Simone that’s called “Rise Again “ they preformed that at a different concert, but the official video is also awesome.

I also was at this concert. I was also pretty much at the front row, a bit to the right of Frank who also replied below. It was an amazing concert. Even for Epica standards. I love they put out these recordings so we can re-experience it.
