Don't let this ride fool you. It gives you the impression that it's nice, floating through the air, etc. It's a LOT faster than it looks in the video. That first drop really makes you gasp for air. Such an epic ride

I like how all the thrillseekers are describing this ride to be angelic, smooth and “makes it feel like you’re flying”, whilst most of those things are true you are also being whipped around at crazy speeds almost flying out of your seat, don’t forget to mention that first drop and the first inversion after that is absolutely nuts, you lot really don’t give this ride enough credit 😂😂😂
The first time I went on this it was nice and smooth but the second time which was yesterday it was rlly jittery and I blacked out lol I’m gonna go on it again tho
this ride was amazing and the theming was awesome, it's a bit too smooth of a ride to live up to the hype but it was still an awesome and fun experience. I'll never forget that feeling of when we first dropped and you feel like you're flying

I believe this is due to its super comfortable restraints and long, slow inversions- however these things make the ride great in ways other than intensity. From start to finish the theming is immersive and breathtaking, near misses enhance the experience and you really feel like you’re flying. As well as this, it is buttery smooth.
Ayo that is actually a perfect summary, for me it's not all about intensity so Swarm really delivers for me because of its wide range of attributes that are all done perfectly!!

This ride is where it’s at. The billboard with a hole in it saying “Don’t lose your head” is a touch of class, not that you see much of it at the speed you go through it at, compared to a larger prop such as the plane (which is a real jetliner).
Went on this today for the first ever time I'm 46 and enjoyed it so much will defo go again this year. Everything about it, the set the actual ride and what it looks like so incredible breathtaking

It’s a great coaster to start with if it’s your first time at Thorpe Park, because while it does have its moments of intensity (like when you go under the billboards) it is also pretty smooth and it isn’t too bumpy from what I can remember.

This is one of my favourite coasters. Its jusr so smooth it's like flying. And the beginning drop is fun too. Its just the ride length is a little too short.
I can happily say that yesterday I was able to get over my fear of heights and go on the stealth and swarm even though I was screaming and holding my friends hand I managed to do it 😂

For me and my cousin (I’m 11 and the others and 12 and 13 )going on this at the top seeing how high it was we was regretting our decision but when we were going down we was having fun and this was my first roller coaster so this was very fun

I’m going tomorrow and all of my friends REALLY want to do this ride, I’m always scared until I start and usually have to ease into it, but they want to start with this one. I’m really scared. Anyone got any tips on how to calm the nerves??

If your scared going on this ride I was terrrifed of rollercoasters and this was the first big ride I went on and I loved it it’s super smooth and not too fast
after watching this, my dead grandma came back to life and i found my lost dog in the washing basket! will show to my newborn son and cancel the christening
It’s the thought of it, I felt the same to nemesis inferno. Now It’s my favourite ride. At the end of the day it’s their choice if they don’t feel safe or comfortable with it I’d say just let them get on with it.
I have a bad back and I find this ride perfect for me! I like rollercoasters but can't go on intense ones. I cannot ride colossus anymore as it's way to uncomfortable and too fast for my back but the swarm is great!
The theme for The Swarm is the best part, the ride is enjoyable but you don't really fell the inversions at all as fell like Stealth straight line. If was like Colossus or Nemisis Inferno even Saw I reckon Swarm would be up there with them. Still gets crazy waiting times on Monday Swarm hit 180 mins then had a fault then fixed 20 mins and time was 45 mins then
What exactly *is* the theme ? From what I could see in this video... post apocalyptic , I guess ? Tere's a buncj oferelict vehicles and buildnfs and a crashed planes (not that you get to see that much of it while riding the coaster, really if tis POV video is any indication.)

Just been today, first trip to Thorpe since 2001 when it was still the 'water park'. Out of all the proper coasters this was my favourite, saw 2nd

Yeah, 5, or 4 boring inversions, & then the brake run, which kills the whole ride's pacing. I don't know if the inclined loop counts as an inversion
