This is exactly what I needed. Gonna try this out on some 1s I got for a good deal.
Working on my 14s today! Thanks man.
Exactly what I need for my he got game, cherry 13, and some Kobe’s. Pricing?
I have some Jordan 12’s cherry needs sole re glue ..how do I become a customer ???
Been following on IG awesome work and your tutorials have been extremely helpful🙌🏼🙌🏼
So how come you didn’t leave it to dry for hours first then use the heat gun.?
Are those Aqua 8 colored threes up on that shelf behind you?
May I note that regular masking tape will never stick properly to suede or around tough pad curves like the 13s. It's very important to make sure that you buy 3M AUTOMOTIVE refinishing masking tape. It has a better formulated glue that sticks just enough so it won't come off.
Looking for Jordan 13 🍒 Reglue at same area. 🇯🇲
Another great dope vid bro 🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏
Dang! 7 mins cure, no heat gun?! That's awesome. It looks like it really works. So, doing these touch ups are not at all like doing full reglues where you have to wait about 20mins-1hour for full cure and heat? I'm about to try this right now as we speak. The toe caps on the 13s are ALWAYS a pain for me. They never stick to the edge of the lip of the rubber. They're always slightly protruding like a small cup/crevis on the toe. I can never achieve a secure edge of the rubber toe midsole to round nicely around the toe uppers. And yours looks factory glued! That's what im going for, perfection. Or at least some decency. I hate all the excess glue or when some edges just dont stick like the rest. Maybe I've got to work on my technique or focus on those edges more. Thanks, I've subscribed 👍🏽
EDIT: DOOD! IVE DID IT! Thanks to you! The edges touch a lot better now, and any excess glue i will just touch up with acetone and qtips after a good 24-hour bond. I'll let it sit and dry for now. Thank you so much!
Are you still restoring.
and they ll come apart again
Perfect video....working on some 04 flint 13s
How to get it to stick if it was suede like the pippens?
I’ve gotta do this to a small DS pair of Kobe 6’s and I’m terrified :(
Looking to re-glue the same exact shoe and the toe…THANK YOU
i saw another demo- the gent used same cement as yours- and let his set up a few Hours? must have great patience? hey? then he heated glue to soften it a bit- seems counter intuitive to me- but both demos worked out fine- sure beats the aborted attempt i made with gorilla glue- which recommends waiting just a few minutes- then going in for the contact- i think the glue is the culprit
I wish someone could do this for me I need glue tape acetone a drimal gun too FUCKK
So helpful. Thanks man.
Dope I’m gonna order the glue and try this on some penny’s 2’s yee 😎
Just take your time, the air bubble can be difficult, also depending on the colorway the nubuck on the front can also be a pain!
Can i order barge cement super glue ? Thanks
I have a pair of semi frozen Yeezy and the sole has come off in various places from the upper - I really don’t want to take off the complete sole , any tips ?
Yo I have the barge infinite is that just as good as the super stick?
Would you recommend using clamps if I have to reglue the whole sole back on, I have 3 pairs I have to completely put the soles back on all of them
It's honestly a preference! I use the method in the reglue tutorial, no clamps for thst!
Alright thanks, and are there any brands of sole dye you would recommend?
I personally use candlechem dyes
Alright man, appreciate the quick response 🤞🏻
Can you please make a video on how to paint black tongues to a lighter color? I’m looking to paint the dunk ‘black diamond’ sb tongue to a Tiffany blue.
It's not gonna end well. Trying to keep a material soft when going from black to a lighter color is not advised.
The separated toe cap on my 10s doesn't line up as close as your toe cap does while not together
Really helpful, thanks.
Aye man just watched your video any way u can help... I really dont trust myself doing it I would pay if u can fix them... I have the same problem

Can you use gorilla glue?
@RaleighRestorations I've been trying to reglue my Nike Court Majestic and the toe box (front midsole) has some resistance. What is the best way to proceed and put it in place?
That will be tough just the way it sits, honestly might be easier to remove it entirely and use our "FULL reglue" tutorial!
nice video
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it and hopefully you learned something!
Nice
You make it look so easy. I follow the same steps and I’m still struggling with reglues 🤦🏻♂️
Yep! You can definitely have too much glue!
Ryan D thank you man 💪🏻
RaleighRestorations best in the game hands down 💪🏻
@@alexisdetailingcarwash Means the world brother! Appreciate you!
RaleighRestorations hey i would appreciate if u can respond to my question. So basically I have the green barge cement when u unscrew it their is a brush and when I pull it out it is basically like goo now because I forgot to close it for few hours. Should i use heat gun before applying so that I can get it more liquidy because right now it’s like stiff the glue. So should i use heat gun on a pin or something then place it on the toe cap? And do I wait 7 min since I’m using heat gun
How do you clean your own shoes? Everytime you use em? Do you use stain and water repellant?
I don't use any repellents. Just a cleaning with a brush does me well!
Is heat gun necessary?
Any videos on bringing back faded suede ... got a pair of sb’s trying to restore ... not sure if you’ve made a video on it
Mink oil spray works really good just used on a pair of bred 8s and brought them back from the dead
Drew L thanks man appreciate the info
Holy moly
Do you wait 7-8 minutes before the press the toe cap against the shoe or do you press the the toe cap and wait 7-8 minutes?
Wait 7-8 minutes BEFORE pressing!
RaleighRestorations thanks!
Is there a cheaper version of the barge cement? I don't need a super huge load like that
No unfortunately
yeah there is? they have the little squeeze tubes for like $3-$5
I know Walmart has a tube for $7 I’ve bought from there several times
Good vid
Thanks man, hope you learned something!
can you use any acetone
Yes 100% acetone is best, but the brand is irrelevant.
Will this work on vans
Should be a similar process. You can also checkout our other full reglue video for more info. You can apply this to all shoes! ruclips.net/video/KszyN9lzmqk/видео.html&t=
Heyyy
Ayooo
@@ForResalePurposesOnly on those shoes alot of people struggle regluing the suede to suede part.
@@lilrjswag same procedure as we show in this video: ruclips.net/video/KszyN9lzmqk/видео.html&t=
Free Game you the plug D👍🏾
Drop that corny hook on the intro.... You're better than that. Love the logo though 🤪
How do I get you guy to repaint my kicks?
Unfortunately we're not taking in new shoes at this time.
Aye I followed the steps exactly and bought everything you used and after I let it dry for 7-10 minutes and tried to press the toe cap to the shoe it wouldn’t stick together you could just see the glue stringing from the toe cap to the shoe but it wouldn’t hold together, any help?
Also doing it on a pair of bred 13’s
That could be a few issues but the most common is using too much glue. did you try to heat up the glue on both sides and re-apply? it should grab right on contact if it's fully dried and not oversaturated!
Yea I just now tried to heat it up and I put a little more glue on it and let it dry and tried to re attach it and it grabbed more now, now the only problem it the very top part of the toe cap is separated barely, and I’m trying to get it to look factory like the other shoe but there is still barely any separation at the very top of the toe cap going around
Ok glad it fit sorted for that small gap I would just repeat the same steps but on a smaller scale to close it up 👌
Alright thanks for the help man, best in the game ☝🏼💯
