Watching the video... I was wondering why there was only 2 colours of dice (red and green)... but from your rules explanation I'm assuming there must be orange dice too (for the carrots), but the colours are far too close. So this would be BAD for people with my sort of colour blindness.
For demonstrations like this, don't be afraid to zoom in more.. The board could have been at least _twice_ as big, and we'd see what you're talking about, instead of just mostly blank red. Otherwise, great review!
Guess what this games carries is the Theme, which should work nice with kids. Should be hell of a fun with ppl who have problems to see the difference between red(orange) and green too.
This is aesthetically disappointing. This needs specialty dice (IE, with pictures) and it needs scoring at the end of a round; rather than filling in a scopepad... let alone a colored scorepad. Too bad; the idea of a dice drafting game seems like fun.
I realize this response insanely far after the fact but "Blueprints" is a great dice drafting game as well; but with an additional stacking mechanic and an architecture theme.
Pun Patrol - 8:05 Tomatoes....Catch-up

This is a fun little game. It works as a filler, I definitely recommend it
11:44 what is that game?
Saint Malo, a roll and write with resource management and town building mechanics. It is quite fun.
I wish you would give release dates on these games. Thanks for the review. I need more and more roll n write games because my gf likes them a lot
Interesting game, looks good though
Should the carrot be not drawn diagonally from the lettuce?
Veggies must be planted adjacent to matching veggies in the garden since this was the first carrot he drew, it could go anywhere.
What the hell kinda lettuce is that dude?
That is how the game tells you to draw it, as a square, to differentiate from the round tomatoes.
Right... you know, that square kind of lettuce.
Sounds like this one is tight on target.

It costs about $10-15.00 man!
William Simkulet Yeah. For me, the best dice crafting game that is close to this is Roll Player. It is not a filler game though.
If you just want a really good dice drafting game, I can't recommend Sagrada highly enough. It's truly a piece of art.

Very disappointed with this one
