    부각 만들기 까다로워 못 만들었는데 한번 시도해 볼 만하네요
    자색고구마 가루와 오징어 먹물 사용해서 예쁜 색도 입혔네요
    건강한 맛일 거 같네요~맛있겠네요

    Hi, Mama Jin! Thank you for the recipe :) I want to try making it but I'm not familiar with sweet rice flour. Can I substitute it with rice flour or sticky rice flour? Which one is more suitable between those two? Thank you in advance. Love from Indonesia.

      Hi doughnutfactory! Thank you for your comment 🥰🥰
      Sweet rice is also called sticky rice, so I think you can use stick rice flour!
      Hope this comment is helpful to you!
      Let me know how it went :)

    Hi ! Thank you for the recipe. I dont have dehydrator.. What else can use?

    • @MamaJinsKoreanKitchen
      @MamaJinsKoreanKitchen  3 года назад +2

      If you don't have dehydrator, you can dry bugak naturally in a well-ventilated place.
      Drying naturally surely takes longer time than using a dehydrator, but it works!

    Is it apply for only one side on the seaweed and perilla leaves or apply on both side?

    • @MamaJinsKoreanKitchen
      @MamaJinsKoreanKitchen  3 года назад +3

      Thanks for the good question! You can just on the one side. For perilla leaf, apply the paste on the back side of the leaf and dry it with the paste side up. For the seaweed, it doesn't matter which side but just apply it on one side and dry it with the paste side up :) Let me know if you have any more questions!
