Hi, Mama Jin! Thank you for the recipe :) I want to try making it but I'm not familiar with sweet rice flour. Can I substitute it with rice flour or sticky rice flour? Which one is more suitable between those two? Thank you in advance. Love from Indonesia.

If you don't have dehydrator, you can dry bugak naturally in a well-ventilated place. Drying naturally surely takes longer time than using a dehydrator, but it works!
Thanks for the good question! You can just on the one side. For perilla leaf, apply the paste on the back side of the leaf and dry it with the paste side up. For the seaweed, it doesn't matter which side but just apply it on one side and dry it with the paste side up :) Let me know if you have any more questions!
