Well! Had I known that I'd be arguing with an intellectual colossus I would have raised my game earlier! You sir are quite the formidable adversary what with your keen insight, compelling logic and rich vocabulary! You do yourself and your team huge credit.
Great ad, it sums Chelsea fans up beautifully. In their moment of greatest triumph, the greatest achievement in their entire history, their greatest glory... they mock their rivals. As has so often been said about Chelsea in perfect irony; they are so classy.
According to this advert and most Chelsea fans, the appropriate expression of rivalry is hate and spite. So far, Chelsea fans seem extremely comfortable with this.
Real Madrid, AC Milan, Barcelona and Liverpool didn't get a sugar daddy, you did. They didn't need a rich owner, you did. They are all big clubs without money. Without money you would be nothing.
No I'm not. I'm categorically said that I WOULDN'T want to do that, even in the light of a comment that contained English words but no coherent meaning. Then I questioned your logic, fairness and sportsmanship.
When you've been in obscurity for decades having your nose rubbed in it for all that time, why begrudge a team their chance of rising up? It's not like we've had a billion pounds or something to save us from liquidation and bought in a great squad. We've built this club back up from the depths. I don't quite see what happened as justified comeuppance.
Hahahahahaha, As if Spurs where ever gonna get in the Champions league. Hahahaha. I think Chelsea saved them the embarrasment of being in it and getting embarrased in every match. Most Spurs fans were probably cheering when Drogba scored, cos they didn't wanna be in it and get humiliated! This guys freekin hilarious! Hahahahahaha
Looks like you LOVE taking the moral high ground. Even if that club's history shows it inhabits the moral sewers. But it's fine, the club and you are a perfect fit, you have nothing to apologise for.
I'm merely pointing out that Chelsea fans are, even in their moment of greatest triumph, small-minded, bitter and hateful. It's clearly the case and I assure you it requires absolutely no smarts whatsoever to see it.
I know this. Well, maybe you are exaggerating with the '10's of thousands' part but of course they have Jewish fans. Some of my friends are Chelsea fans and they find it very uncomfortable when the other fans around them are anti-semitic. Having Jewish fans doesn't mean the others are incapable of anti-semitism. In fact I'd say that's even worse. Just like how your squad has black players AND John Terry.
I told you, you have nothing to apologise for. The rest of the comment doesn't make any sense however. Wouldn't want to typecast Chelsea fans as illiterate or somehow mentally less able.

Probably the greatest ad ever!
Sid James Laugh at the end kills me.
The best advert in recent times.
Very Very funny, top marks to Sky for putting this together!!!

this is legendary lmfao!
Coming from an arbiter of intellect such as this, that comment can only be seen as a massive, unintended compliment.
According to this advert and most Chelsea fans, the appropriate expression of rivalry is hate and spite. So far, Chelsea fans seem extremely comfortable with this.
we better then them all!
you'll never be bigger then us!
it's all about the laugh
hahahahah!! what a legend! UTC!
To be fair, you spend just about the perfect amount. Then you spend a whole load more this summer.
ARE YOU WATCHING WHITE HART LANE
fucking love this
We can if you like. I'm quite sure you've as strong a grasp for the nuances of that argument as your grasp is of logic, fairness and sportsmanship.
Fuckn love it :)
Hopefully they start playing the sort of football you'd expect from the money spent.
are you watching white hart lane hahahahahahaha, ktbffh!!!
Are you watching whitenhart lane!!!! :D
This video is literally ABOUT hate and spite. Such a comment is entirely where it should be.
btw, thanks for saying I look smart. You're incorrect that I am trying to look that way though. Happy to correct you any time :)
hahahah brilliant KTBFFH

Writing off Chelsea in every round was logical, not spiteful and hateful. Or did you think you were favourites every round?
