2 Ingredient Lemon Bars

These are the easiest Lemon Bars you will ever make, and they are delicious too! Simple mix together 1 Angel Food Cake Mix and 1 can of Lemon Pie Filling. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish, bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.

@@cockamamy in Texas we have a chain of stores called H.E.B. and they make a whipped berry flavored cream cheese spread. I used that. It's like fluffy purple cloud deliciousness !! Just added a few dollaps and swirled in a bit!! Thanks for asking! Philly cream cheese now makes a cheese cake filling that would work great too!!

It's more like a crustless lemon jello bar and I bought real curd and put curd all over the top of them.. I think they're good.. they're a little different in the texture department ..but they're good ..but I'm going to give some to my friends today and then get their opinion:-)
