If I made this desert I would triple the amount of the topping and make sure it covered the entire pan. With that aside, we did not get a chance to see if you liked this desert.

Could you mix the cream cheese mixture with the lemon in a different bowl and put that on top of the cookies so that it is even not just a cream cheese in the center?
