The Settle / Carlisle & Blackpool Pullman at Gretna Green Station (Saturday 25th May 2024)

Welcome to this video featuring ‘The Settle / Carlisle & Blackpool Pullman’ which was filmed at Gretna Green Station on Saturday 25th May 2024 (Running Time 6 minutes 20 seconds).
This special tour started at Newton-on-Ayr and included a return journey over the majestic Settle to Carlisle line before heading into the Yorkshire Dales for a spectacular journey over the magnificent high Pennines. There was a 3 hour stop over at the bustling seaside resort of Blackpool.
Towards the end of the video there is a clip of the train passing through Annan Station en-route to Heaton Transit Maintenance Depot on Monday 27th May 2024. This was an Empty Coaching Stock movement as the train was being moved to the east coast in preparation for its next charter journey from Morpeth to Fort William on the Ben Nevis & Lochaber Pullman.
