Awesome video and channel Scott, can't wait to see what's to come. I don't know how much it matters but the transmission does have a fluid level check mode that can be activated by jumping two pins in the DLC. It will tell you when the temperature is in range without a scan tool and will also stabilize the idle RPM for level checking.

great video Scott, I was lucky as previous owner had Lexus dealer performed 60k miles service. The only thing I had to do is the transmission fluid and rear diff, TVD fluid replacement.
Shifting noticeable smoother after the service. As my standard for any buying used car, coolant, brake fluids is flushed. A/C has been completely evac and recharge to factory specs, you know the Texas summer heat mean business lol.

Amazing content on this channel esp one dedicated for Lexus F cars, what's not to like. I believe RCF will be the last of their kind, new LFR or GR GT3 will not have the 2UR-GSE powerplant and Lexus does not make vehicles with passion and emotion anymore. IS 500 comes close as a daily and a fun car but after driving an RC F it's hard to go back, even LC 500 is not that great once you have driven an RC F.

Several companies make it. It's just a vinyl sticker that looks like carbon fiber. This one is made by TOMS
