Dear Chhiring, First of all, you can bring lower pole (#8) to one leg and hold in place. Firmly bolt set the lower pole (#8) to the hole of the trampoline leg (#6). Listen. I sit here trying to put this together a week after it first got here because you included broken springs with no spares. Finally got the replacement and proceeded to put it together finally and now there are bad nuts that slip and won't tighten and AGAIN NO SPARES. your documentation doesn't even tell you what size the nuts are so I could go get more from the store. This is so short sided and absolutely infuriating to be out here sweating TWICE now to find that something was defective. If this thing breaks you will not be getting my business again.

It would be nice if the company took the time to video all the parts and how they match up together. This is definitely more of a loose visual guide. 👎
Net is garbage. The poles for the nets are two different pieces that do not lock together. There's way too much tension of a net to try to get poles up. Strip multiple screws, bent multiple bolts and now we can't even shut the door because there's just way too much tension on the net. 😢

HOT TIP: Get the foam wet and they will slide right in like butter. Will save a lot of aggravation.
