Mommy Chocco, I make the way I cook my caramel but a little bit more. The leche flan I inchlude dayap. It makes it unique and smells delicious. Don't forget the zest of lime.

Tried this recipe yesterday, but omitted the ube extract and coloring since i'm not a fan of ube. Super sarap! Finally found a perfect recipe for a chiffon cake ❤ at dahil jan, napa subscribe ako haha! My only mistake is that di ko dinaan sa proper measuring cup ung evap milk measurement kaya siguro di nabuo ung custard resulting sa pagcollapse when i flip it. Next time mas mainam kung round or rectangular baking pan ang gagamitin mo. Just add 1/4 cup cocoa powder if your planning to make choco custard cake.
I work on a ship n tuwa mga pinoy nag aagawan 1st time daw ksi sila nk kita ng ube custard cake sa barko. But the European ask why color violet? And why there's a custard on top. They eat it but I think they don't like, cous they didn't ask for more hahaha
