食譜:
1杯=200ml
烤盤:28✖️28cm
高筋麵粉500克(4 杯+3大勺)
水400克(2杯)
白糖15克(1大勺)
酵母5克(1+1/4小勺)
鹽8克(1+1/3小勺)
橄欖油30克(或食用油)(2大勺)
毛豆150克
鹽1~2克
黑胡椒1克
(煮毛豆的水600克,小蘇打3克)
烤箱預熱15分鐘
220°C~230°C
32分鐘
Recipe :

Bread flour 500g(4 cup+3 tbsp)
Water 400g(2cup)
Sugar 15g(1 tbsp)
Instant Yeast 5g(1+1/4 tsp)
Salt 8g(1+1/3tsp)
Olive oil 30g(2 tbsp)
(or cooking oil )
150g edamame
1-2g salt
1g black pepper
(600g water for cooking edamame, 3g baking soda)
Preheat oven for 15 minutes
220°C-230°C
32 minutes
