Gather here and share your lesson Mine is 1) Using oil in place of flour on the work table and transferring pan 2) How to unclog the dough fragments when they stick together. I literally had to use my hands to separate them one after the other before transferring (I don’t make for commercial purpose though) but it’s still hell stressful.
