Kate Goslin had to put her Son in an institution because he was messing with her Fame & money train. She couldn’t allow that.
Her son Collin spoke to his teacher about her abuse and Kate shut him up by sending him away, not visiting him even once for over a year and a half and refusing to tell anyone, especially Jon, where she had put him. She also turned all of his siblings against him. What an extremely vile woman

Yeah that was a "real conversation". It was Kate regurgitating the same BS while sidestepping the money question entirely. And Bethenny let her. That was all planned and approved by lawyers ahead of time, I'm sure. I really wanted to see her squirm. I like Bethenny, so watching her in this "conversation" was painful. Nobody cares whether she still loves Jon (DUH the answer is obviously NO) but as for where the money went? Yeah I'd like to hear Kate talk about that.
Kate didn't do something wise and noble by "setting up" a college fund for her kids. Those kids EARNED that money - *their* money. She has her own income - or had. Even with the show over, she gets paid for these appearances. Plus the royalties from half a dozen books. . If there's truly no money to the point where she's struggling, then she *stole* it from her children. To pay for her personal transformation.

She was making millions every year from the show and product endorsements and she brags about a college fund? She institutionalized her son for 3 years and he smuggled out a letter to his dad begging Jon to rescue him. Jon had him off all medications and he became a straight A student. She treats her kids like employees and I guess that makes sense because they kind of are.

Kate contradicts herself... "I have nothing to hide" yet she didn't answer the question. "The problems were always there," but then she later says, "he changed overnight."
She had no respect for him. And the “change overnight” was when he had enough disrespect. How does she think it feels to be talked down to in front of the children? He was more patient than a lot of men would’ve been. I believe he stayed because of the children

jon answered this in another interview. they had bought 3 houses, the van for the kids, the nannies, private school tuition trust fund, college trust funds. the vacations they took as a family which included taking the nanny, the divorce, being sued by TLC for breach of contract. Kate's tummy surgery was free. I don't feel she answered the question and I felt Bethenny was rather harsh.
Don’t forget when the court case was going on TLC paid for Kate’s lawyers and legal fees while he paid for himself.

these interviews are what are shown in journalism school as a perfect example of how NOT to interview. BEthanny barely lets her uest talk, and she is constantly interrumpting with barking questions, in a tone as pleasant as an army general waking people up at 5 am to order them to jump into a freezing shower. The twins are the golden children and the rest of the sextuplets (with the exception of Hannah, are all brain washed and programed by their mother. They may know she has issues, but they accept it as "normal," for now anyway.) My Golden child sister, fights for and defends my mom, and calls her daily, it's really sad and pathetic how blind she is. My other siblings deal with my mother and are at her beckoning call physically (my oldest brother kills himself tending to her every need) or call on the phone feeding her narcassistic behavior. I simply walked away. Especially after seeing her horribly treat my grandmother and step-father in their dying days. It was torture for them. especially my step-father. No one should have to die being yelled at, manipulated and mistreated while in pain. She's a sick woman and so is Kate.

College is expensive! That's about +$55000/year and times 8 (not even including professional school). Plus all of her kids go to private school since kindergarten. That's about $20,000 a year per kid!
simplyrox college does NOT have to cost $55000 a year. Please stop with the bullshit. If it cost that, then no one would be able to afford it. I am currently out of the states and studying at a University in London and it still doesn't cost anywhere near that. Only an Ivy League would cost that much and that's only a far few of them. kristen tucker Idk know what schools you're talking about but here in the US yes it does cost about that much (tuition, room/board, and other fees). Unless you go to a state school, universities cost that much. And regardless of what people say the brand of school does matter on finding a great paying job. In today's generation just cause you have a bachelors degree doesn't mean you'll get a job afterwards. The best way to get an advantage from the 20,000 people graduating every year is putting yourself is the best college you can (that can advances you academically and industry wise). Think about this analogy...if you make great network with people that are certainly going to successful...you both benefit because you both can propel each other.

Sorry Bethenny, I am not impressed , nor was I ever impressed with Kate Gosselin. I think she should never have talked down to/ about Jon while the show was being televised. There was no respect. There was no need to air her dirty laundry in public and belittle her children's father. Doesn't she realize her children will watch those shows later in life?
The majority of all that money should have been placed in a trust fund for each one of her 8 children.
She spent $8,000 on hair extensions ! Money should have been used more wisely.
Let her take a refresher Nursing course and find employment to support her children.
What I find ironic is the Bethanny was stone broke before she got on the RHONY. Everything she is/has is because of that reality show. Yet people are so quick to jump on Kate because she is offered opportunities and she takes them. So what? As for the kids ... I don't feel they are anything but normal kids. If the twins don't want to talk on tv that's their choice. As for Jon? and his so called higher moral ground .. hmmm ... what father goes on a VH1 program, exposing his sexual life or even allowing his live in girlfriend to expose that? and then expects us to believe that he's this poor bullied boy. Nah. Kate may be over the top but I think she's just trying to get on with her life the best way she can. She's got the kids, the bills and 90% of the responsibility. If people think they can do better ... go for it.
