I find it tragic that some women allow themselves to think they are inferior with the breasts they were born with. Not everybody thinks bigger is better. It definitely is NOT! REAL is better in my personal opinion (as if that even matters).

I reckon most of us complain about something we hate about our bodies at some time in our lives. We cannot choose what we've been given at birth. Some people are "blessed" with near perfect proportions while others have what we perceive as "flaws"! I personally HATE breast augmentations unless for medical conditions (doesn't include because you don't like them or you get depressed and the like). When you "handle" breasts with implants you can feel the implants and when you look you can see the "ripples" the implants make in the tissues, plus they're abnormally firm! I prefer El Natural. It's only through modern technologies that we can change our appearances. What happened to the days when we loved people for who they are, not what they are. Looking at "Celebrity Plastic Surgery Disasters" do you really want to take the chance? Screw that!!!

To all the girls who want bigger boobs..don't. Just stop! I am 15 and believe it or not I have an E cup breast and they just won't stop growing. They hurt your back and will always make you look fatter than you actually are. If I could I would change my breast size to a C.

I am much bigger on top than I am on the bottom. I find it hard to find clothing that works. I have spent my life talking to men who don't look above my bustline and I HATE that....I don't wear patterns of ANY kindas that just accentuates my bustline. My husband loves my big breast of course....but I prefer to be proportional. My sex life is terrific....and my breast have never come into that equation.

Not commenting about this show, but I find alot of stuff she talks about is silly, not breast implants like this show, but I have watched her maybe 4 times she does nothing for me. She is nice and thin however she needs a hamburger or two. Her arms look like they went through Chemo. Her voice is annoying. The way she handles herself on a regular basis just doesn't cut it I think. Not a show for me to watch
