Totally agree with your last video about being a one man crew.I did landscape lawns for 35 years.found I could do 60-75 accounts by myself.Did go up to 100 for a couple years hired two workers.Was a pain in the ass cause ppl tend to tear up equipment.whrn your running a $15K rider and 5K walk behind plus blowers etc.just not worth the hassle to hire ppl.
Cool little machine Stetson. I would go for the Auger next as you can drill for trees as you said and i was thinking for Fence posts as well. And i know you dont have this issue but as somebody else commented it would probably be good for snow removal too! Great for sidewalks and small lots where a truck wont fit! I'd like to get one of those and retrofit a claw or other gripping device against the day that my strength fails. it's gonna happen would be nice to he ready for it.
All china mini skids are not made in the same factory. The manufactures are 100s of miles apart. There are three main manufactures. AGT which is junk with no parts support. Rippa which has great quality control and full parts support, and rhinoceros.
I run a tree service company and prefer the china mini skids over the big names. China units use common off the shelf parts that are simple. Big names we are stuck buying costly parts from the dealer. Yuk
That’s pretty bad you can’t operate the bucket while you’re driving. They could’ve put the bucket hydros on one stick and drive controls on the other for a few bucks more 😂. The gas tank boiling because of the muffler is a really really poor design, it should’ve been an external type of tank that holds more fuel. We can sit here and say 40k or so is a lot for a quality machine, but it is guranteed to make you money. I spent 10k on a dump trailer and it made me a shit load of money shit year I didn’t even think I’d have the work for it! Id definitely see you getting a bigger, nicer machine in the future because you know these things will make you a ton of money now

For what your doing with the minni, seams like a hand machine. Seen you use it when you first got it, could get in close to the job site. Nice. 👍👍
For being a year old machine it sure does hold a pretty good decent hours on it 👍🤩

We have changed the plumbing of a few china mini skids to operate the loader and drive at the same time.
