I'd wear a waterproof, long-wearing, matte foundation at least on the bottom half of your face/jawline. Or a less extreme measure would be to apply as little foundation to that area as possible then powder really well. If you can get away with it, skip the foundation around the jaw or any area that comes into contact with your collar.

Cool video!! Question: How do you keep your foundation/makeup from transferring on your white shirt? Especially around the collar or top of the shirt.

where's the proportion? where is the silhouette?
It's part of a menswear inspired suit, cut for a baggier fit. The pants are skinny and cropped.
