If you're wondering so, then maybe you've been practicing yoga for the wrong reasons.. You shouldn't get anxious nor build expectations about reaching this or that in yoga, especially when it comes to physical aspects, but rather do your best and enjoy the process, experiencing the present moment. The Yoga D's: - Discipline to practice daily. Consistency is key to a life of yoga. - Detachment from results. Do not practice yoga to get here or there, practice it simply for the practice itself. What would recommend to someone wanting to improve their yoga practices in general but not only doesn't have spare funds for courses as well having some health conditions who doesn't allow for all the postures. Thanks. M
