So what if it seems slow? You're doing what's best for you and your own well-being. You've cut your dosage by 2/3, so you're making clear progress. That's quite an accomplishment. Good fighting. I am 62 swedish man, my body is in good shape for my age. using arround 10 mg xanax/day for at least 20 years daily. the ten years before i started with 0.25 mg per day, and the tolerance got higher very rapidly in about ten years to the 10mg as now daily. I was for a half year last spring at 14 mg per day, but with increadible hell like symptoms bodily and brainly, like a 9 the secend highest pain level psysically for hours every day, and niners psycological torrture at a 8 till 9 level 75 percent of the time i was awake. The only release was when i got some sleeping hours maybe as most 6 per day. I have studied this so much so i know i have only two options, and that is to continue the rest of my life, or take my own life i will be 70 at earliest when i am hopefully mostly healthty again. Just disapere is the best option for me, i think death is painless. Good look u others!😪

And al tapering in the health care regime is always to fastt!!!! so i have lost half of my life ot their failures to tape in the right pace! they offer me at most 5 month!! after eating about 32 years in a row!!!! They acts like it was 1965 instead of 2024. !!! totally crazy!!! Thanks agaiin!/George
@@GöranÅgren Sweden has Anonyma Narkomaner if that's what you mean with group(s). If you really wanna stop at that kinda dosage you need either inpatient or outpatient rehab. You will be switched to long acting benzo like diazepam or rivotril. Hang in there and greetings from Finland.
I am very worried about you. I have been off valium (took it for 15-20 years at 20mg a day) for 15 months. I have walked the walk. I am free from the benzos. It was not w/out a very disturbing trial. Complete insanity for at least 120 days. This after I thought I would be in for a ride for only a couple weeks. You go slow! Do not end up where I did. If you go too fast you will experience a terrible ordeal. I did. My taper was for 1 month. That's it. One month. Ouch.

I’m gonna watch more of your videos, but the comments were turned off on the video I was watching so I am commenting on this video. I’m gonna start a water taper for lorazepam and I just kind of wanna learn everything I can before I start.
