Windows 10 lets you mount iso. files and all you have to is click setup exe. The only time you need a USB stick is if you want to install Windows on another PC.
Yes we can mount the ISO but I cannot delete the install.esd file in it. To edit iso I need to decompress it and compile it again. But this method seems easy. That's why I used this method.

Actually exist another easyer mode by replaacing appreiser.dll from the w11 insall directory

No, If you have a certified windows 10 then there is no problem. But if you use a cracked OS or unactivated OS then you need to activate Windows
