    Be good to see something similar for a badly lit indoor shoot, i do real estate and sometime the footage/lighting is poor and I struggle to stop the resulting footage looking milky or hazy

  • @jordanbazin7067
    @jordanbazin7067 4 месяца назад

    Very good tutorial thanks. I was wondering about the effect of the sharpness setting in the camera. It seems that you left it at -2 for the shot, shouldn't it be better to set it to the max value ? Or does it adds some kind of unwanted effect of putted to high ?
    I just started filming in cinedlike and I putted the sharpness to 2 and i don"t really like the result

    • @stefanorinaldo
      @stefanorinaldo  4 месяца назад +1

      Hey, thanks! The sharpness is a digital filter baked into the file, making the images appear somewhat artificial. Adjusting color and contrast in post helps to enhance the crispness of the image without sharpness.

  • @tenphan0n0

    The final product looks great! However, I thought you set the Avata to capture D-Cinelike, but the footage looks doesn't look flat in the timeline before you apply the grade. Did you start with Normal color or D-Cinelike?

    • @stefanorinaldo
      @stefanorinaldo  Год назад

      Hi, yes it's was D-Cinelike (before the 10 bit upgrade). Actually you are right because the exposure was a little bit off... too dark.

    Two questions! : what are the best export settings for Instagram that won’t alter your colors?
    2. Is it better to change fps in project settings or in the export?

    • @stefanorinaldo
      @stefanorinaldo  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hey, for digital content (instagram, youtube ,facebook, PC, Mac, smartphones, ...) HEVC or H.265 Main10 it's the perfect choice because it's has 10 bit color. About your second question the timeline fps must be the same as the export, you can also set the in project settings if you don't have different timelines with different fps.

      @@stefanorinaldo how do you know what bitrate to send m? Also are there any other codec/gamma settings that work best for insta? I’m having issues with Instagram changing the contrast on me

    • @stefanorinaldo
      @stefanorinaldo  11 месяцев назад

      @@shermer24 are you on a Mac? If so, you should use Rec.709-A check out this video ruclips.net/video/H6TCMpw8nGw/видео.html ...for the bitrate you can use "auto".
