I know that you have a lot to do, but please improve the goat's living quarters. Maybe close in the back wall to offer more protection from the rain. The pallets used as flooring are dangerous to the goats' hooves / legs, and the entire area should be dry.
My son went to college for welding but ended up going back for I.T. watching this makes me thankful he has extra skills incase I need help with my skoolie. Awesome you are living your dreams. ❤️ to all.
I just want to say how much I enjoy watching your videos. In response to your recent confrontation with Kake, I wanted to encourage you guys that it has been my experience in working with people from a different culture that we assume basic communication is Universal. Painfully, it is not. We worked in South America for some time and learned early on that the people we loved and worked with were not ever taught how to openly communicate likes and dislikes among our team. They too, just up and left, eaving us feeling like failures. In the end, we learned that we needed to understand the culture more. In some cultures it takes YEARS to develop this kind of trust. We learned to respect the culture we were working in and adjust our expectations. Don't give up and don't be too guarded just grow together.
I am 71 yrs old and have raised 6 children. My husband of 52 yrs and I have traveled the world and had lots of adventures. I want to tell you how much happiness watching your you tube brings us....you have your priorities right...keep up the good work.
Hi. Wanted to make a suggestion: since it is so moist/tropical there. May I suggest building your nest boxes up off the ground and using wood shavings instead of hay to keep the egg laying area cleaner and drier? I noticed how wet your nests were on the close up of your eggs. Having nesting boxes up off the damp ground will also cut down on mold or fungus growth around your chickens. Just a suggestion!❤🐓🐓🐔
My little boy is now 6yo.. but when he was a baby he hated travelling in the car also.. same as you say is happening with Sadie.. good news is.. by about 1 year old and changing to big forward facing booster car seat.. he started enjoying the car.. and we have many times now travelled in our home country Austfalia.. from Sunshine Coast, in Queensland to Melbourne in Victoria. This trip is 2,000kms and we do it in 3 days. And he is fine. So I'm sure Sadie will get more used to it.. xxx love Lola's Farm.. and all you do there.
Hey Guys, just wanted to say sorry about your teams loss tonight. I just finished watching,(11:37 pm) and immediately thought of y'all. That was brutal! Can't wait to see the finished multi purpose bathroom! Y'all are an AWESOME team!
You've got this!! When things used to get tough for me farming, working another full-time job and building buildings and a home, my Grandma used to tell me to "Buck up and get it done." I did and now I am reaping the rewards. Nothing good ever comes easy. One day at a time and one foot in front of the other. See your goals and let nothing stand in your way.
We love you so much! You folks are so strong and flowing with the River of life! Ooohhh, that’s a merch idea right there - Here on Lola’s Farm we flow with the River of Life!!! I can see that on a t shirt, mug, hat, etc. love from Nana Kelli in Florida
My daughter started raising goats, so I have watched other RUclipsrs to learn more about raising them. Most say to feed them off the ground. The grass is best high in the pastures so they don’t have to eat closer to the ground. Forgot to ask why!
It is really terrific when you have a life partner that is a dedicated to your vision and your dedicated to their vision and willing to do the challenging work get it all completed .
It made me happy to see you all smiling again. I know it's rough with two less people to help but you are strong and won't let this keep you away from doing what needs to be done. Just remember how hard it was at the beginning when you first started moving into Panama. You have come so far to make your life more comfortable. One day at a time. I won't mention the struggle you are going through again. You are moving on. It's just life and we all stumble sometimes and get through it. Never give up. Sending lots of love and prayers. :)
You both are awesome and Sadie is beautiful and happy.😊 . I moved from Fl. to Maine. At 17. We had an organic 85 acre farm. We raised all our food. We Canned , had a freezer & in the cellar a place for root crops. We didn't have to buy much. I had 3 does 🐐 & a friend had a herd. So he would let me borrow a buck for breeding. We used a rubber band system on the baby bucks for castration. We raised them for meat along with a beef steer & pigs. We had the butcher process, cut & wrap the meats. We always had a friend who would buy half a beef and pig. So that payed for the butcher. We raised chickens for eggs & meat those we possessed our selves. I hated it & couldn't eat chicken for awhile but we had plenty & ate well. You just can't get attached to all the animals. Hunting season brings deer, bear & moose. Just some ideas for you . I milked the goats . I don't know if you know but it would save you some work. Goat milk is naturally homogenized, you don't have to heat it after milking. I milked in a stainless bucket with a lid because goat milk does absorb smells fast which can make it taste bad. For the best taste the milk needs to chill down fast. After staining the milk I put it in an ice bath in the sink. Probably you can't do that but you have a fridge so keeping some cold water to set it in would work. I made yogurt, butter, cottage cheese from the milk. Nubians have the highest butter fat. My kids liked making the butter. After the butter is made let it chill a bit still soft I lined a collender w/ cheese cloth and gently squeeze the weay from it then rinced the butter well in cold water. . Don't throw the weay away from butter, yogurt & cottage cheese, it is highly rich in B Vits. I use it for cooking in recipes calling for water. You'll not taste it. We had an antique butter churn it was made out of a glass gallon jar & the metal lid had a shaft that passed through it a handle screwed on it & it had 3 mettle paddles welded on the shaft. I tell you all this for ideas if you want to make 1 that is powered by hand. It doesn't take long Lol Much🙏 love & Light to you💜 🕊
Great 'comeback' video, picked yourselves up and got on with making your lives work even as things seem stormiest. So many people in your corner, hope you can feel the love.
I so love you guys and Lola's Farm. Although I was a little upset with Kake leaving the farm, I get it and understand. However, we all make mistakes but you both raised the bar looked inside yourselves and faced your mistakes and communicating is so important!! That is huge I so much respect you for addressing the suituation with your utube follower's. We live in a world , where people are dishonest with both themselves and others. I personally thank you for your honesty. As a long time follower and a person that came to Boquete and used alot of your information for my journey it makes me feel good to know I don't watch just anyone but choose my company wisely!! Moving forward and stronger then you were ,grow and know we love you !!! All the best to Kake and Adrianna we love them as well !! Blessings and Namaste 🙏 ❤❤
I had this vision of long extension cord to a hair dryer for the goats problem areas, lol. Good eyes Rodriguez to catch the problem early! Re, sadie and the car. Very healthy, though annoying, that shehates it. I had friends who would go drive around the block to get babies to sleep. I confess I would turn on the vacuum cleaner, then sit down with feet up (single mom of 2 boys 18 months apart). Still did that when they were older, and over heard them talking one night, saying. "Well, she can't hear us so we may as well go to sleep". Mom victory!!!

Hi y'all, glad everything is progressing. Nice to watch you both work together and with your friends and help. Didn't see any cats. Well take care God bless thanks for this one and look forward to the next one. See you down the road, bye
We washed Our horses regularly when My family owned them to help with the same problem Your goats have. Staying wet is the problem yes. Though occasionally washing them & their reproductive parts with some antimicrobial antifungal soap helps especially if the stay dry after.
I know the heartbreak is still real but OMG… what a great video! Love seeing the chores on the farm as well as the new camera footage of the work being done… makes me feel like I’m there (in spirit). Keep up the amazing work, the beautiful family, and the dream of this farm! Sending all the love and strength
Hello, really enjoy your show just the right length and fun to watch. One thing I would like you to do is please put the handle on the grinder for health and safety reasons. I am a climber and my climbing buddy had an accident with a grinder he is luck not only to be still with us but be able to use is hand after 2 years of operations and therapy.
You guys are awesome, thank you so much for the last two videos and being so caring and transparent about all of the difficulties you’ve faced trying to find that balance between friendship and employment. The progress on the baño looks impressive especially considering the amount of rainfall you are contending with. I ordinarily don’t comment but I wanted to say that the camera work looks better as it is a throwback to your days of van life. Super talented and considerate people. Always remember, “Yankees suck” -cape cod wash ashore now living in Mexico and Arizona
I had to take a minute and THANK YOU for inspiring me to learn how to weld. I live in Costa Rica 💓 and have a lot of construction experience. I said if they can weld I can weld. I got a welder for my b day and built two dome house structures for our domes out of purlin. And since have welded all kinds of stuff, dog kennels, gates ect. Thank you for all the inspo, you guys rock , we are following in your foot steps, just bought a 33 acre farm in the mountains. Pura Vida Amigos
So glad you are back, missed seeing you guys do things and how I new you would bounce back from all this. Ya you got Sadie so use to being out side and doing things she doesn't like the car, maybe you can get a video player just when she is in the car with her favorite video and it will keep her occupied for a while, or maybe put a mobile for her to play with what ever works. You are also doing great on the bathroom 🚻.
Live and Learn. That's the name of the game. When in Panama during the rainy season.... "Be Water, My Friend. "Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." - Bruce Lee I LOVE Ya'll.
You guys are doing great! Can't wait to see the finished product!! Kaylee and Jordan...you have to have a weld off for us!! Kaylee, as a Mom, you're gonna have days that test your patience, and sanity no matter how great Sadie is generally. Keep smiling. Take time out if you can. Sending u all big hugs from 🇨🇦.
Have you ever considered doing a rotational grazing program with your goats? You can get easy to put up mobile electric solar fencing and move them around your pasture every day or so. Great for the goats and for the land. Could build a mobile shelter for them for the weather also. Keep up the great work , yall are rocking this thing called life. Much love
Good for you!! Looks like you are bouncing back, stronger and more focused than ever, and gaining some real understanding of your own strengths. Everything appears to be done even better.
I've always just watched your process of building different structures...because I don't know anything about building. But when the goat structures were built...I wondered why they were so open to the rain. Yes, they have a roof...but the sides are open air and rain can get in. Kind seems like they need more protection from the rain in the evening, an actual dry place to sleep at night.
People talk about how hardy goats are but when I had my herd...I stayed on the fence post watching. I worked for a vet for a number of years and learned a lot. I had to take my goats to the vet too. They can get into a lot of trouble.
I think Rodrigo did an excellent job with the male goat pen but it needs side protection - if the rain comes side ways with wind they get soaked. Also change the hay often where he rest that can cut infections in wet season. Babies usually love the car movement wow I remember those screaming days w my kids. When she takes a fit put a soothing music louder it worked for kids. Somehow they could not compete and will quiet down .
Hi guys I will really encourage Jordan to use the grinder guard. Particularly if using an abrasive cutting disc. They are very dangerous without the guard
I just received the La Comarca coffee beans . When I opened the unique packaging and smelled the coffee, I wanted to eat the beans ! I love it! Love & light to you and your community.❤️
I missed you guys. I find myself playing re-runs. I would come help out, if it wasn't for all that rain. I'm joking, I just can't leave my family, here in California. I am so glad the goat's problems, were caught early. Gotta give Rodrico props. Good eye, man.
I agree, you need to be resilient and move on. I was thinking, though, nothing wrong with looking back and remembering and celebrating. Maybe a little tribute to Kaka - some pics, vids, etc. to remember his contributions and mark on the farm?
Happy to see ongoing progress and also glad to see that the male goats infection was noticed and preventative measures were taken for the healing. All of you guys working together to make Lola's Farm a great place to live.
Maybe you can run other power tools off the solar. I recently saw someone run a cement mixer off something like a jackery. Then you would only need to run the generator for welding.
I warms my heart to see you guys smiling and happy again after what you went through the last couple of videos. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers everyday!.Liz
Things are looking great. Loving the progress. Jordan just FYI you can weld all the way around the tubing and notch the gussets you put on the sides for better penetration on the tubing and plate and still get the strength with the gussets. AKA Little Triangles :) Keep up the great content I love you guys.
Our daughter was a screamer in the car as well as a young one and she has grown into a lovely intelligent adventurous woman ready to take on anything. It's a good sign!
Wonderful to see you guys going ahead with your projects, regardless of the inconveniences and challenges. I often wonder about getting more help around the farm, but I know it's easier said that done. Still you guys press on with grace and humility. And humility is greatness. Be bless and stay safe.
All the admiration in the world to both of you what you are doing for yourselves and so many others there and back home is inspirational and life changing for so many my very best wishes for a speedy solution for the whole farmaly and huge pats on the back for you all see your value always we all do love from Canada 🇨🇦
You should consider bevelling the edges of the steel to improve penetration. 7018 does not penetrate well, but is a stronger weld for structural work. I weld all my seams with 1611 first to ensure penetration, then weld over those beads with 7018. Bevels should ideally be 37 degrees, but 30 up should be okay. We don't get earthquakes over here, but i would've made those gussets bigger to increase rigidity.
You could give these guys the best advice as far as structural builds, but the choose not to listen. The number of errors in watching these builds is a warning, to what not to do. In observing these two attempt to build this so called bathroom Sauna structure, my hope that this is just a temporary structure to be torn down later and then rebuilt properly. No preheat in a tropical environment is the first of the greatest of welding errors observed, as well as no rod oven for the electrode storage. And the list goes on especially in the observations of the re-bar install, the steel embeds that had no reinforcement attached to the plates, but holes drilled through, then welded on the tips of the re-bar through the holes. This is one of the most concerning to me as that or those locations through the plate would be the points of failure in an earthquake event. and concrete placement. 1/4” gusset plates are what would be used for a hand railing not structural. Should be a minimum of, 5/16.” Any way I hope they, including the baby survive. One question to you though. Did you mean 6011 electrode? Or actually 1611 electrode as you’ve stated? Why you ask? Because, I was wondering about that electrode in the 1611 series? I can’t find it on electrode type to the structural steel compatibility charts.
Inhaving been following you from your start … I just love you guys all of it …everyone!!!!! how you do what you do and why… proud of you sincerely… your tough your might your courage and candor it is so heartwarming and refreshing ….. I wish I could walk down your road with a basket of yummy goodies and treats to come through your gate, and you knowing I am comin for a sweet visit…
Haha Watching Momma wrestle your little crackers me up. Brings back manories of changing diapers when they are on the move. On the flour is easier, you have legs and hands to do the job. Hahaha. I have 5. (Grown now, but you just reminded me. ❤
I hope you guys are uploading and selling your sunset and sunrise time lapse videos cause I feel like they would sell for sure. I have no idea how to do it but I'm sure others do. So beautiful there!
Always look forward to your new videos. Things are looking great, keep up all the hard work! I was watching some of the older videos with Eberto where are you were teaching him English and he was teaching some of the indigenous language. I think it would be kind of fun to do a little interview with him and his brother. Obviously a little interpretation would be needed but It would be interesting to learn a little bit more about them. I love his funny spirit. I saw him trying to ride the dog and pretending to be a cowboy it was funny. He seems to have a great sense of humor.
You guys are doing fine with what you are trying to do. Trying to do it all, businesses, building, and parenting is difficult in the perfect conditions and lots of practice. You will look back at these years when you get old like me (67) and not regret not trying. Jordan, some people are just natural welders. Watching you guys do all this welding in your construction reminds me of the last house my dad (a welder) build in Bend, Oregon. He welded steel beams to steel posts that were cemented to the lava rock that was about 4 feet under sand. The house was tiny, but the person that bought it after dad died said it was so solid that he would have no problem building even higher.
Keep up the great work. Honestly I give you guys huge credit. There is no way I could live in all that rain. But i still believe in your dream concept. Ppl living and working together for a community, thats cool.
Hey Kaylee and Jordan so excited to see the finished result of the bathroom, laundry room etc Sadie is such a big girl now the way she looks at you guys it's to funny 🥰
So great to see you back at Work and in good spirits, even though its though. And the real moments of parenthood 🤣 one moment you want to cry because it is so hard and 10 minutes later you are looking at them... I loooove you 🥰
I love that Jordan had to admit without admitting that you're a better welder than he is. 😁 So much rain my goodness. Glad to see some smiles. It'll still be a challenge but you'll push through. Blessings 💕
Sadie will fight to control for her wishes. This is part of the parent training. Children learn early to run the environment. Crying will not kill her, even though it is hard to experience. She will get use to the car seat. I use to place my son in it just sitting in the house to get him use to the feel.
Greetings from Chiapas, México. Good to see you guys already trying to forge ahead... But again what else is there. Sending positive vibes from Chiapas, México.
Another big chunk of work finished, nice job! Take Sadie in the car as often as you can, so she’ll get used to it. It might be tough at first, but I bet she’ll catch on quick. Heck, bring Lola too!
LOVE your videos! Watching Jordan saw off the tops of those metal pieces and it occurred to me that you probably keep those leftover parts as scrap for a future project? Just curious. Carry on ⭐️
Im probably more excited than you are to see the result of all this you are doing guys!!! Beeen watching your videos for a year now. Greetings from El Salvador. Also your baby sady the cutest
Everything is going to work out just as it should......people come into our lives for a reason! And I believe that there will be people that will stay and others that will leave but count it all a blessing! Becasue from all of them you will learn some great lessons! You guys are doing such a great job and I look so forward to see what's next for y'all!
Glad you guys are back to work and taking good care of the goats. I really love Roger and Lola. Maybe Sadie is better not going in vehicles? She is a smart baby. Glad to see the progress on the bathroom, shower, tub, sauna area.
I know that you have a lot to do, but please improve the goat's living quarters. Maybe close in the back wall to offer more protection from the rain. The pallets used as flooring are dangerous to the goats' hooves / legs, and the entire area should be dry.

definitely correct with this one off ground for so many reasons...**( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡° )**

What an amazing life thank you for sharing this should be taught in school I would love to know all of this
If i ever have a next ex wife its gonna be you. i wuv you! Sounded good when i was saying it!
You can make a variety of cheeses from whey too. Goat milk ricotta is fantastic.

The ups and downs of life. It's not how you fall, it's how you get up!💐✌ Dear Sadie is a doll!!

Be water, my friend." - Bruce Lee
I LOVE Ya'll.
Much love
4:27 Kaylee, I love your smile and enthusiam when you weld!
You guys need more water tanks with all that rain 🌧
Good for you!! Looks like you are bouncing back, stronger and more focused than ever, and gaining some real understanding of your own strengths. Everything appears to be done even better.
You’ve got this. God bless you all. ❤
Yeah, the goat structure is not quite wide enough to have a center dry area with it being open on the sides
I just wonder whose welder the sre usinig in this clip....Poor Rodrigo....now all of a sudden hearts for all.... Lord help us all.
Yes the goat structure does need at least one side to the prevailing wind and rain. The way the floor was laid was asking for problems.
Would love to be there listening to the rain and smelling the clean air.
Y'all are good people. Blessings to you... and sturdy raincoats!
Things are looking great. Loving the progress. Jordan just FYI you can weld all the way around the tubing and notch the gussets you put on the sides for better penetration on the tubing and plate and still get the strength with the gussets. AKA Little Triangles :) Keep up the great content I love you guys.
Good luck on your adventure... What a beautiful family and place to live... Get mosquito nets and stick up on antibiotics
Our daughter was a screamer in the car as well as a young one and she has grown into a lovely intelligent adventurous woman ready to take on anything. It's a good sign!
I think you guys are the most compassionate, real, ppl on you tube.
Wonderful to see you guys going ahead with your projects, regardless of the inconveniences and challenges. I often wonder about getting more help around the farm, but I know it's easier said that done. Still you guys press on with grace and humility. And humility is greatness. Be bless and stay safe.
You guys rock! So inspirational to see you forging ahead and getting it done! Prayers for ALL. 🙏❤️
extra challenge to the 7018 might be the moisture that they might pickup, they get cranky⚡️👍✌️
All the admiration in the world to both of you what you are doing for yourselves and so many others there and back home is inspirational and life changing for so many my very best wishes for a speedy solution for the whole farmaly and huge pats on the back for you all see your value always we all do love from Canada 🇨🇦
Nice to see things moving ahead.
Get some Workaway people there!!! Your farm is a perfect spot.
The Weld Mister returns 🙌
I just ordered more coffee. Thanks again
Hi just a tip you need a electrode oven for the 7018 electrode as they are affected by moisture
You guys are so awsome and diligent. That bath, restroom, sauna, shower will be ready in no time.
Inhaving been following you from your start … I just love you guys all of it …everyone!!!!! how you do what you do and why…
proud of you sincerely… your tough your might your courage and candor it is so heartwarming and refreshing ….. I wish I could walk down your road with a basket of yummy goodies and treats to come through your gate, and you knowing I am comin for a sweet visit…
Oh a massage table toooo… for all those sore muscles
I can't believe you would leave the goats outside tied up during the rain!
Love you guys. You have wonderful hearts and and amazing energy! Hang in there! ❤️
You all work together so well you have got this ❤️🙏🏼 It makes me so excited to watch you all move together as one and come together…
Haha
Watching Momma wrestle your little crackers me up.
They're called gussets that keep the joint straight
Y'all are making such good progress! Have a sweet week.
Love you all …..keep on keeping on!!!!!!you REALLY have got this hugs from England 🇬🇧xx
Hey Kaylee and Jordan so excited to see the finished result of the bathroom, laundry room etc Sadie is such a big girl now the way she looks at you guys it's to funny 🥰
Wow.. 900 and something days... thats crazy
So great to see you back at Work and in good spirits, even though its though. And the real moments of parenthood 🤣 one moment you want to cry because it is so hard and 10 minutes later you are looking at them... I loooove you 🥰
Nice to see the progress on the bathroom/sauna, slowly but surely it’s coming together
Love your positive vibes. Keeping going. Can’t wait to see the spa!
With Rodrigo continuing caring for goats & chickens that is a great help.
Rodrigo is the star of this one, for being super-attentive to those male goats. Right on, Rodrigo!
Your work ethic is incredible everything is really coming on keep going you really are getting there
I loved "No espacio para poo-poo"! I love that welding became one of Kaylee's fortes and puts her in a zen space!
You will always have hoof problems with your goats being on wet ground. Barn with floor really necessary.
Rock stars! Baby! All difficulties, you don’t stop🌻
Greetings from Chiapas, México. Good to see you guys already trying to forge ahead... But again what else is there. Sending positive vibes from Chiapas, México.
You guys are so amazing!! You're doing such such great job, especially with the recent transition. Thanks for sharing your journey ❤
Carry on ⭐️
Thanks for teaching people to have fun even though things are not perfect.❤️u
Im probably more excited than you are to see the result of all this you are doing guys!!! Beeen watching your videos for a year now. Greetings from El Salvador.
Also your baby sady the cutest
Hi guys! You’re doing an amazing job. FYI, goats prefer foraging. Try cutting some limbs off of the trees and put that in their pens also.
Better not going in vehicles? There's no more babysitter, people still gotta get things done.
Making some great progress you guys , it's hard to get things done with all that rain you are getting , you are doing awesome .
