Watching your last muffler video was one of my earlier exposures to the channel. Looking forward to seeing another one! It would be nice to see a video showing where you like to source your parts for the clutch linkage and the proper names of the parts so those of us lacking the right terms can still go find the pieces. Custom steering setup would be awesome to see too since I have a ton of customizing coming up this year in my project. Excited to the welder Jeep come together for 2025!
Happy Holidays to you and Maria! I’m building a 66 CJ-5 myself and would really enjoy seeing any and all of your videos pertaining to it or any Jeep for that matter. You have repaired several things for me and I really appreciate what you do for the people that don’t know how to repair or fabricate . Thanks again Brian, and Happy New year!!
awesome job as always brian ! do you happen to have a part number for the steering box ? hope you and wife had a nice christmas and wishing yinz a happy new year and so look ferwards to more videos !!!!! thank youdave
A fantastic clutch assembly. I am very interested to see you make that exhaust sustem. I find that doing exhaust systems extremely hard to do. Thank you for another great video and fantastic ideas
That clutch set up is much better than stock, those rods were a pretty bad design, and the headache of getting those rusty cotter pins out was the worst part. The design you have eliminates all the wear areas. I will be glad when this knee replacement is fully healed, because i hate not working on my jeep. I'm still trying to figure out what they did to me for over 3 hours, and why i lost so much much blood fora supposed 45 minute surgery. I hate that all the older docs are retiring, because these young guy's don't listen to you, and then aren't straight with you when thing's go south. I feel like it's not just the automotive world that has issue's, nothing seems right anymore. I look forward to seeing the Jeep with the body back on. G-d bless, and happy new year to you and Maria.
Hope you are feeling better soon and working on your jeep . Yes, everything is changing, doctors, world leaders, and people everywhere. Best to keep your world small and your friends tight, you never know who you can trust these days.
I love that clutch setup! I’ve got a 71, with the cable and the longest bellhousing. (One year only I think). Always been a problem in that the pedal runs out of travel before clutch is disengaged. I wonder if this set up could be made to work and replace the cable
Every jeep is different but this basic setup can be used on just about anything. I have installed setups like this on many vehicles, just start at one point and figure out everything that has to move and make good choices for joints so they don't wear out in a short time.
Your work is the cleanest I’ve seen on any RUclips channel, please keep posting videos
more videos coming

I will show what I can on the 66, it is almost ready for the body to be installed.
Excellent work as always. I'd love to see the complete process of how to build a muffler from scratch. 🤓
muffler build coming soon
In a word. `Tight' 😁
thanks for watching

Steering box is just a later one from a CJ5/CJ7. standard manual steering box for a 72 to 86 jeep is fine.
Would love to see the exhaust system fab. I’m at that same point with my 1959 CJ6.

I have been setting up clutches like this for a while now, the feel is super smooth and never had a piece wear out .
Axels look great. Interested in the HD exhaust. Looks like it will be industrutable.
axles came out perfect, exhaust system coming soon. Happy New Year to you and family.
Happy New Year to you and Maria!!🎉
I'd love to see the muffler build!

Nice work Mr. Metalshaper I would love to know what brand of tires and size?
Beautiful clutch and brake set up. Did you bush the overdrive lever as well?
just bored and bushed the brake pedal, overdrive lever is completely different and does not need a bushing.
👍👍👍
Thanks Gary, hope all is well with you and your Jeep project.
