- A 7th SEASON is coming in March for Battlefield 2042. Many people thought we'd never see a season 5 let alone 6 and 7. It just goes to show that DICE have done a great job fixing bf2042. They know whats happening behind the scenes with the Battlefield franchise. So far that reason we have to trust the process..

Started with CSGO for the longest time then switched to COD MW. Now spending my spare time in Battlefield 2042 :D been putting Cyberpunk and POE on hold for a while now :D

I never understand how you can smash so many faces with dozer. When i run as him, i get even shot in the face through the freaking shield (yes even while crouching)
And how do you turn so fast with the shield? When i take it out, my turn speed is just lame slow like a slot.
I played at release and enjoyed it then everyone quit and complained about everything every time I come back its great I really enjoy the game. Though i'm not very excited per season battlefield has always been a join now and play for a week with friends then quit and come back a few months later type game for my circle of friends.

I'll be around at least until late June. That's when my PS+ year is up. I cancelled when they raised the Extra tier by $35. Still getting shitty free games each month without any added value to the new price means they get the bird just like I gave Amazon and Netflix.
I still play a few times a week and its a blast! Looking forward to S7!

I probably play 2 times a week these days. I try to play bf1 or bf5 but I always go back to bf2042. I don't know what it is about it, but I preferred this one the most. But season 7 doesn't start until March, so maybe I'll play bf1 and 5 a little more

Injust started plating it last night was playing it for 4hrs and couldn't leave it. Way better than call of duty to me.
I used to play battlefield once it came out and I enjoyed it while people was complaining. I think people really took it to far. It became a trend to hate on battlefield. I came back last month and I have played it ever since and I have enjoy it more than what I thought I would. The game is fun

I mean I do feel it was quite vital that the fan base called out very loudly and clearly that the buggy state the game released in was unacceptable. This not even mentioning the 'intentional design decisions' (or sheer laziness) coming from EA and DICE such as basic features like a scoreboard being missing...
It does feel like we were way way way too far past the release date of this game before it became something fun, playable and recognizable as Battlefield
Squid, if you'd consider dropping a S/G hoodie, I'd buy it.

Is it worth paying actual money for this game? I said I'd never play it after the Demo but it's £10 and I need a new shooter. Not sure I can wait for the next BF game that's even if it's any good.

It'd be okay if it was.. just hoping to the Gods they come in with the right mentality on the next installment. Even now, with how far they got this thing... 2042 still isn't mechanically (and often visually) as well made, fun and Battlefield "feeling" as BFV or BF1.
Remember when the game launched without VoIP and everyone lost their shit? At 1:00, you could have been the first person ever to use VoIP in game. Opportunity missed.

I know it’s on sale but the fact they kept this alive and dumped bfv is heartbreaking. No eastern front in bfv for this game. Installed and reinstalled this game far to much and season 7 I have zero interest in a game that has had a horrible life and has been kept alive like a 19 year old Jack Russell when it should have got a quick trip to the vet. Imo of course. Which means very little 🤣
