And the Ayah you quoted it's not saying it's good behavior but as you may know in the time of the revelation of the Qoran there was slave system and this was based on that era as it was very normal thing to do that, but today in our century slavery system is no longer exists so all the questions about it is meaningless

Congratulations, I hope all the best for you, my wife had almost the same experiment, I am from Libya and she is from Ukraine, she converted to Islam. Ofcourse the beginning was an extremely difficult, but every thing is better now, we have four kids and we are fine,, and remember!! Life is too short,. And the Ayah you quoted it's not saying it's good behavior but as you may know in the time of the revelation of the Qoran there was slave system and this was based on that era as it was very normal thing to do that, but today in our century slavery system is no longer exists so all the questions about it is meaningless
