I like that Milkfisch for Fried 😋 here in 🇩🇪 we have no Milkfisch in the Grocery and a Market too i dnt know why🙄🤦♀️ so i buy in the Asia Markt but not Fresh prozeen 🙄 good job and very clean 👍👍👍
In Philippines we call this bangus. My mom marinate it with soysauce garlic lime pepper corn basil leaf ginger and onion over night and fry it the next day morning yuuuuum

We call this "Bangus" (ba-ngoos) in the Philippines and we love it here! We cook it with vinegar and eggplant and aromatics. Very delicious!
