I stopped eating cornstarch 2 years ago, it caused my stomach so much pain and my urine smelled, no I didn't have any UTI or anything, I was curled up in a knot, I told my doctor that I was eating cornstarch and how much I was consuming. I am glad I stopped
@@81824 I have seen ppl promoting others to eat cornstarch,plus eating cornstarch have crazy said effects…and women would say just chew it and spit it out you will be fine as if they are doctors
How do I get it this out of my system, it’s like a glue that’s in my sciatica nerve, causes immense pain and completely blocks my iron levels, also causes a lot of anxiety

This is why I tell ppl who have pica to stop promoting others to eat cornstarch and saying it’s not harmful

most people with pica don’t promote it they just film themselves eating it to help those that crave….

I don’t have pica, but cornstarch is in food, that is why people eat it.
