I didnt have the ingredients to make the sauce, but I made the prepped and cooked the wings the same way and I gotta say they were actually crunchy and still really juicy. I had my doubts with 40 minutes at that high of a temperature, but it works.
How ironic, a chicken wing recipe on the eve the first round of the frozen four!! Can't wait to see our Canisius College (Buffalo NY) boys shock the top ranked team in the country, the Minnesota Golden Gophers!! Oh man, sorry chef, the jinx is on!!
