If your ac goes out after a few days of working that means there is a leak somewhere in the ac system. You will eventually need to recharge again and freon is not cheap. So find the leak, fix the leak and then add freon so you arent wasting money.
Low side port. The larger, fatter one. Pipe gets cold when charged 🥶.. small thin one 1. It won't fit on there, don't try it, and AFAIK you can't charge through that at all so don't try, almost like don't take a radiator cap off when it is hot because you WILL get THIRD DEGREE BURNS same way don't put your hand on a hot stove. 2. It's HOT, that line. You accidentally make contact with it, you'll see.
If so, disconnect the 2 wire plug from the compressor and use a paper clip to bypass the plug while the car is running. Have freon hooked up and ready to pump in
My Tahoe blows warm air. When I put the r134 and gauge on it and fill it until it gets cold, it goes into the red and then when the compressor kicks on it goes down into the green. I'm not sure if it's overfilled or do you only focus on the gauge when the compressor kicks in?
Press the center of the valve on the H high side, if gases come out just use one can, if nothing comes out, use 2 14 ounce cans or whatever volumes you have but never exceed 32 ounces.
I added Freon, and now my a/c is blowing much colder, however now I am a little in the yellow… Will it harm my vehicle I leave it in the yellow, or do I need to bleed some of the Freon?

@kartierbaity7340 it won't take freon because it's low, you have to pull off the plug and use a paper clip, stick both sides into the plug, while the car is on and ac full blast. Have your freon ready to charge, as soon as the compressor kicks on, fill to green

No vehicle is hermetically sealed, 'soldered in', vibration eats up the joint sealed and all vehicles, over time, will lose freon. It is impossible to maintain proper freon levels in a vehicle, period

Your low, buy a can of freon at the local auto store, along with a reusable hose like the one I have in the video, with the car running, check your pressure and add as needed
So, it worked initially and now it stopped, I'm assuming. With the car off, pull the plug on the compressor off. Use one paper clip, stick both sides into the plug you pulled off. Turn on the car ac full blast, then charge up again, it will take the freon. Once full, reconnect the plug and let it run. If compressor doesn't kick on with paperclip, bad compressor

If you do this enough times without repairing the leak and pulling a vacuum the compressor is gonna get ruined.
