I use sharp cheddar that I grate myself, diced pimetos, Duke's mayo, salt and pepper and bam you've got homemade pimento cheese 🤤😋
My grandmother passed the recipe down to me and I make it for my family. Proud to be a SC native like Mrs. Leary 😊

I just found you 2 days ago.may 16 2023.I have binged watch all you videos I could find. Today I Made your hamburger and gravy.It’s in the now.Making rice to go with it. Made a MarinatedCucumber tomato onion salad with sugar salt pepper vinegar and vegetable oil.

I really enjoy Mrs. Leary's RUclips videos, and I love her pesonality and Christian demeanor. BUT I have to be honest and say that this pimiento cheese looks disgusting. It is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too wet and soupy and looks like something you could drink instead of put on a sandwich. I kept watching her add all this mayonnaise to the bowl and kept thinking, "You've got to be kidding!" I live in Tennessee and therefore haven't tried her pimiento cheese--and I sincerely hope in tastes better than it looks---but just thoughts of tasting this grosses me out.
The cheese used looks like velveeta..notice the softness when put in the grinder..when handle comes down..the cheese gives..plus the foil it is on..eat Velveeta but that's a bit much..
Looks like way too much mayo in the pimento cheese. Too creamy/runny.
