    I love eating broccoli during menopause too, really helps. After dealing with long-term hormonal issues, I've been monitoring my health with the Aspect Health sensor, which adapts my diet to my condition. I used to not be a fan of nuts and grains, but now I see the results and have even started to like them

      I'm glad that you're enjoying your menopause diet 😃 did it take time to get used to eating new foods? I had to make diet changes at the beginning and get used to new tastes, now it's all normal.

      ​@@HolisticMenopauseWellness yeah! at first it took me a while to get used to new foods and I always wanted to go back to my old diet, but now I try to cook a variety of food and broccoli, grains and other products seem like a really good addition now

    Please share, how much crucificious vegetables do you recommend per day for a perirnopause diet ?

      At minimum I'd say a portion 2-3 x per week. But I tend to have a portion of cruciferous vegs 2-3x per day most days.
