Red-Necked Wallabies (Notamacropus rufogriseus) escaped into the Ballaugh Curragh in the north of the Isle of Man in the 1960s from the Curraghs Wildlife Park.
When myself ans wife visited the isle of man during the 2013 tt race week. Just some briliant memories from the south of the islan where basking sharks where swimming.
The island is beautiful and very welcoming people. Ps Cant wait fot your Luxemboure trip since My wife is from Luxembourge. Sorry I am not on any social sites other than youtube and Patreon. I need to get my but in gear and come on one of these clan meat some time soon.

Coincidence, I am watching this pin the morning of the 6th May. Yesterday evening we went to Gulbunkian Theatre (local for you Bruce) to see an audience with Jamie Whitham and John Mcguiness. Apart from being a really entertaining evening John does a running commentary of his 2015 lap, granted the weather was better but he went round it a lot quicker then you guys.
Mate I’m finding myself shouting ‘nationaaaals’ these days. You legend . Planted that seed in my head.

The wallabies escaped from the Curragh wildlife park and bred. Theres over 500 of them in the wild now.
Brilliant vid of a great bunch having the craic and riding through some awesome roads n scenery... Can't wait to be back out on my bike again. 🏍️💨👍🍻
Looks like every one was having a great time even in that weather. There was supposed to Wallabies around the Roaches area on the edge of the Peak District between Leek and Buxton until very recently.

Excellent video of a cracking weekend, the IOM is an awesome place to ride.
5min 41secs at traffic lights is Apple Tree Cottage... Nice little air bnb with parking and a sensor to turn the lights red as you drive out. We stayed there for the Easter weekend 2023, ate all the pies at The Creg, and took the good weather home with us🏍️💨🏍️💨💨🏍️💨💨💨🤯

We were there the weekend after you, even with bad weather (mostly fog/mist/low cloud for us) it's always a good craic in the Island. P.S. the Tea Rooms at Bride (just before Point of Aire) is another good slosh stop.

Shame about the mountain road, even rain can’t spoil a ride, just a quick one, how do you find the shoei with coms for comfort & hearing, have been told there a noisy lid 🤔cheers
I’ve worn Shoei since my very first lid - tried many other types but keep coming back to the Shoei’s, they just fit me best.
The Hornet ADV is a bit nosier than the likes of the X-Spirit but not by much. In regards to Comms and comfort, I have no issues. I spend days on end wearing mine at times and have no problems.
I’ve just bought some moulded in-ear monitors to start using with the Comms though as my hearing is definitely deteriorating🤷♂️

Lovely Vid. I am bringing my bike over from Dublin on 28th. I am all by my lonesome. Any recommendations for a campsite with close options to view racing would be great. I am not one for busy towns or mental behaviour. I just like bikes and racing. (I am such a bore) Thanks. James.

Silly Moo’s is a great campsite, decent facilities and has the option to be social if you want, or you can keep yourself to yourself if you prefer.
It’s about a 20 min walk into Ramsay, or 5 min ride.

No they’d initially shut it for resurfacing I believe, but then the landslide happened too

What sat nav have you got fitted to your bike?
I use an app called Calimoto and a phone mount which just clips direct into the Nav cradle on the GS.

I know I will ruffle millions of feathers here but an annual international motorsport event can't sustain the current mortality rate.
Families, loved ones, lives destroyed. I wish I knew the answer but there will come a time where Tynwald despite the revenue will be pressured into making inevitable changes.
I hope it continues and safety is ramped up but beware the cancel culture...

Is there a fine at a meet for anyone wearing a "Polite Notice" hi vis...fml they are awful
If anyone turns up wearing a polite vest to any of my meet-ups, then they’ve plainly NEVER watched any of my vids.
You’ll be mercilessly berated and made to ride in your vest and pants.
The ONLY acceptable polite vest, is the ‘Vest of Shame’.
