Gross hematuria on & off for the past year! Finally saw a urologist. Had metabolic blood panel drawn. Per the ranges it listed the numbers are within the ranges as normal. Had liver/urinary track CT scan yesterday. Seeing urologist tomorrow for his diagnosis!
@@theurbanloner8879 CT scan showed bladder stones & urologist followed up with cystoscope exam (😩). I’m going in for cystolitholapaxy procedure this week & to break up the stones!
@@johnnyhorizon8368 thank you for the response. They found microscopic blood in my urine and I gotta go in for ct scan and all that soon. I'm pretty worried only 34. Happy to hear it wasn't anything serious but the cystoscope has me speaking in a high pitched tone already lol
@@theurbanloner8879 the cystoscope intrusion wasn’t bad at all! Several folks on RUclips sounded like it 10/10 for pain. I’d call it a 2-3/10. More pressure than pain. I consider myself a wimp & it was nothing. After he retracted the cystoscope there was burning sensation when peeing for about 2 days. Again I’m a wimp & it was nothing more than a needle stick. I did have the advantage of not knowing he was going to stick that thing up my pee hole so I wasn’t apprehensive when I walked into the office... Plus it didn’t hurt that the female nurse that administered the Lidocaine anesthesia on my tool was hot looking! I should have asked her to kiss “it” to make it feel better!!😂😇
Good general info but the Skippy do da music doesn't match the seriousness of the matter. People are concerned which is why they are searching for info. Imo.
Can bladder cancer be missed on a cystoscopy? Im a 39 yo F, 12 years post hysterectomy with urinary frequency multiple times per hour & wakes me up multiple times a night, constant UTI symptoms but all labs are negative for UTI but reoccurring microscopic hematuria of an avg of 10-50+ in every UA for over the last year. Cystoscopy preformed today was negative according to the urologist & no explanation for the microscopic blood & or other symptoms. Any advice?
@@htatesil4192 58 and years, I did smoke for 32 years. 73-75% of all bladder cancer patients are smokers/ex=smokers, STAY AWAY FROM IT! The pain goes through my entire urethra.
I have this issue that shows the blood in my urine during the urine testing but I don’t see it when I pee nor am I having pains but I’m tryina get a clearance letter from my doctor so I can pass my Cdl physical and I have a primary urologist but I’m looking for a second opinion. Can anyone give me some kind of advice on all this cuz driving trucks is my career and my passion for it is very strong
@@tonylove4342 mine used to be trace now they say it's more so I have to do it every year I'm just worried of something else I can't see the pee blood sometimes it's dark but I don't see any blood but they say there is

I'm 24 and have gross hematuria. I have no other symptoms and my test came back negative for infection. I see a urologist on monday, I'm so scared. did you find out what was going on with you?
@@laurenkartchner723. same here. I have blood and protein in my urine. but you cant see it the blood only when they test it. I have a lot of pain and can really pee. my app with the urologist is next week. its driving me crazy, my primary doctor think I have IC. but we have to wait and see.

My doctor keeps telling me the blood under microscope is normal … they absolutely don’t care about our health!
I have taken multiple trips to the hospital, the pain is more than I can stand.

Doxycycline is good if you're experiencing blood, clots, burning during urination

Hematuria is it the same as hemalosis because it does as the same symptoms as Hematuria.
