Yes, the Bkk Motorbike festival is usually a yearly event. There's also a bigger event which displays many of the new production year bikes alongside cars etc at the Bangkok Intnl Motos Show (& the smaller motor expo show). But this local one is great as they also have a decent display of custom bikes.
