I love how the theater seats are in the very front of the unit and not against the wall separating the kitchen from the living. I have not seen this in other front living models. Really cool that with the TV down (which it would be most of the time for me) you can see throughout the rest of unit. Also so you can have a TV in the kitchen if you wanted.

Very nice and very impressive RV. BEAUTIFUL DESIGNS. Classy and simply elegant. I like the perfect layout of kitchen area, spacious living room, bathrooms and lovely master bedroom. Pretty much better. Amazing 😍 and incredible Recreational Vehicle.
This FLRB is so much nicer than their Pinnacle counter part, the 38FLGS. The Kitchen is terrible in the Pinnacle model of this almost same floor plan. Beautiful Unit this FLRB is. One My Favorites!

YOU TOOK THE WORDS OUT OF MY MOUTH. THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME. YOU HAVE NO GROOVES IN THE WINDOWS AND/OR SIDE VALANCES FOR THE SHADES TO FIT PERFECTLY WITHOUT GAPS WHERE YOU CAN BE SEEN FROM THE OUTSIDE. NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL IF SOMEONE IS IN THE RV. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE WHICH SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. THIS IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL RV WITH AWESOME FLOOR PLAN BUT I HAVE TO PASS ON THIS ONE. WOULD NOT BUY THIS. MY SECURITY IS #1 PRIORITY.
@@VogtRVWorld I just prefer the higher quality rigs. The Jayco Designer was a well done RV. DRV used to be for the most part, but a lot of these companies have been bought out by THOR and that has turned out to be not a good thing. KZ had some high quality stuff, like the Escalade, before THOR bought them out. They don't build these things like they used to. Things have gotten worse since covid.
I don’t understand the water bottle in the storage compartment it’s for the fridge but the water will get bacteria in it after 24 hours and will it freeze also you have to crawl in there and fill it ?????
@Mike Drudge Hi Mike. Great job. So, just to be clear, can the water from the main water source hook-up be used for both the filtered water spout near the kitchen sink faucet as well as the ice maker? I guess I thought you needed the bottled water in order to have ice cubes and filtered water.

Can this be towed with any 1 ton diesel dally?
I like jaycos but that water jug is ridiculous along with double basins in a couple’s trailer
