  • Thank you Akira Toriyama for not just creating the Dragon Ball franchise, but also all the memories and iconic moments fans will continue carrying forever. Dragon Ball is something special to me, and hopefully, this video will show you why.

I've always loved Dragonball, and I think it's underrated. This video is fantastic in highlighting how that scene that people barely reference shaped the franchise. Good shit

I like the OG dragon ball series because it was the one that started it all and if you think about it we wouldn't have Dragon ball Z or Dragon ball super if it had not been for the original. Again thank you Akria Toriyama RIP😢👍

I agree with you throughout the entiiree video. I have often said that if DB came out before Z in the States it would have been an even bigger revolution.

Z really works best when you watch the OG first. It just has moments that hit harder. Kinda like watching the G1 show before the 1986 movie to see how soul crushing it is to see some of your favorite characters die brutally.

Not to be that guy, but it is non canon so……
Also I’ve never finished GT in its entirety as I’ve given up multiple times trying to watch it. It has its fans for sure, but it’s just not something I really like or connect with. But who knows, maybe I’ll feel differently if I gave it a shot today.
