Spin was the gold :)
carl king that was great personality, right
I had a debt collector get a garnishment on my check without ever contacting me. They took this garnishment to my work signed by a judge. I was never served a summons and never knew it was going to court so I could respond. Is this a violation?
Please get legal assistance in your area to object to the garnishment and address the judgment. Act quickly.
Hell yea its a violation
That's crazy.
Thank you for the video. So the max is one year still or has it changed retroactively? If it has passed, is there anything that tolls that clock? Thank you
Happy to help. The year is still the rule.
I have had a debt collector call me multiple times before the allowed time in the morning.
Another agency literally gave me/increased my stress to where now I have anxiety. Can I sue without a lawyer?
Yes individuals may sue on their own.
