      Hi @Alma Good question! Naming a person your attorney-in-fact under a power of attorney does not make them liable for your obligations.

    I didn't even know I can't get my mom (or someone else) car tag because it's not under my name.
    And my mom even yelled at me for the situation...
    Waited in line for nothing 😒.

      Hi @Kong So sorry- yes ownership has rights and responsibilities. Your mom owes you an apology- you were trying to help her. Maybe offer to take her over so she can stand in line.
