    Definitely an ideological bend. The party wants to be the one to generate growth and increasing household income gives more say/power/control of the economy to the people who will look to satisfy their own needs and wants and not the party's.

    Unless you are have regulatory changes as well more sti ulus isn't going to cut ut. You need a body that is like the fed where they makemdecisions independent of what the party want theoretically

    Local/Central gov debt swap, is not really new issuance. No net benefits to the economy.

    She said: "we had a series of bad market numbers, for example, the core inflation figure was out over the weekend, it hit a new low since 2021..." What school teaches that inflation being low is "bad market number"?

      Disinflation

    • @BTS-zq2vy
      @BTS-zq2vy 2 часа назад

      @@michaelrebic9367 inflation is bad, then low inflation is good. Look at the US Fed trying so hard to get inflation lower from over 5% to a target of 2%. 2% is good per the FED. China's food inflation in September was 3.3%, should drop a little more to be good. Transport inflation is -5% (deflation or disinflation) mainly due to lower costs of cars, we should be envious of that. Consumers are getting a better deal over there.

      @BTS-zq2vy Consumers with money are getting the deal. Inflation is suppose to be, in theory, in an equilibrium where inflation should be low enough to keep prices affordable while high enough to keep production profitable and keeping said consumers employed. While the U.S has to deal with High inflation from covid spending, China is dealing with disinflation from severe and long term lock down policies that out did the entire world.

      You are correct. I saw it on CNBC that the consumer savings account balances in the banks are more than six times the value of their stock markets. I don't know why more people don't buy high dividend stocks like CCB or BoC, that pay about 7.29% and 10.44% respectively in dividends with no record of reducing dividend any year in the past and very safe as their PEs are near 4, instead of term deposits that pay less than 2%. Dividend and interest income are tax free there so are capital gains on stocks (for now).
