This video is the perfect celebration at the end of the day. A way to celebrate nature in all its dressings. I have loved the Gnossienne pieces and marvel that Miyako makes videos that perfectly complement the music she plays. Here is what I was thinking as I watched -
No.1 Branches dancing to the notes carried on the wind, trembling from the vibrations.
No.2 Notes stroll across the treetops, tickle the leaves as they shiver in the sun.
No.3 Delicate white flowers, lace. Sweet fragrance of the pink blossoms. Branches reflected in the water, clumps of snow
No.4 The beginning is like a fairy tale painting. Bleeding heart blossoms, sweet sorrow. Notes tripping across the clusters of azaleas as butterflies dart, not stopping to light on the blooms.
No.5 Fall orange leaves. Green leaves in treetops waiting their turns to show off in the sun. Bright reds and yellows. Piano notes touching the sky.
No. 6 Purple bracelets of beads on the arms of the trees.
The Satie music is glorious. Thank you Miyako for giving us this musical feast.
