In my case, I'm a language teacher, so I have a lot of freedom when it comes to that, but having to be standing for most of the day truly makes me think twice before making a footwear purchase. I always need to find the perfect middle ground between comfy and put together, and frankly it happens the same when it comes to tops and bottoms.
