    I've had a win using your handy tip, what I did was mixed the salts with water and poured it down the deep root watering tubes.

    I live in the UK where it rains a lot. My Lemon tree has yellow leaves and some of the leaves are curling inwards. It’s not an old tree. It’s currently growing in a pot. I’m going to try the Epsom salts you suggested for the yellowing but why are the leaves curling up? I have just discovered your channel and I love the clear and simple way you explained this ❤

    I started some lemon seeds a few months ago and need to transplant them. What type soil would they require? Thank you!

    • @becksbasics1
      @becksbasics1  Год назад +3

      In both the ground and in a pot they need a nice free draining soil. Water them in with some seaweed solution to minimise transplant shock and give them a good watering in. Water every day for a week, then every week for a month then every month for a year👍👍

    Realized that my poor lime trees original soil might as well have been sponge with the kind of mulch it was potted in.
    This is why i dislike buying plants from large store chains.

    I’m confused, Eason Salt is not magnesium but a magnesium sulfate. That’s not the same thing.

      @@underated17 Epsom salt is not the sodium salt that causes the roots to dry up. It is actually magnesium sulfate and it’s good for plants, especially those that are malnourished.
