the thing is, as an ANIMATOR, its more useful to explain and breakdown more. I understand this channel trying to make the video short while entertaining but man, putting that animator" title and the video is like 8 minutes kinda make me disappointed a bit.
@@whitenoisereacts I feel like you can watch the whole video while having reactions without pausing it (except when its too good and it really shines out and you pause for appreciation), and then you can have a deep dive into how things work under, trying to figure out the beautiful advanced techniques, etc, at that time you can slow down time frames, or to show the making of the animation since you guys are animators after all i think you ll know how things work and maybe have more of a discussion other than "damn this is so dope mann" thats just too generic and doesnt serve the purpose of you guys field.
I know nothing about animation, but the ending animations looks absolutely insane, I can just imagine how difficult It is to actually create something like that.

If y'all like hand drawn animation (and if you haven't done it yet, I just found y'all), then you'll like True Damage - GIANTS. It's another League of Legends group like KDA. But the entire music video is hand drawn and you can really tell in a few spots that it is.
Pvris is pronounced Paris, btw. Apparently they were originally named Paris but ran into legal issues with the name for some reason. I saw them in.... 2016? I think? And they were awesome live. Also funny enough they have an album called White Noise 😂

So, some context to the video: The main Character of the video, the dude in glasses that is playing Syndra, he is the current mid laner for the 2020 Worlds champion team Damwon. In the beggining he is looking up to a banner callijg Faker the eternal king. Showmaker has said in the past that his goal is to surpass Faker. Then we see a crown dropping on Shomaker's feet, just more hints to that statement. The guy playing Orianna is Chovy, another Korean player that is cosidered by many people the best mid laner in the world right now, but his team is kinda bad. We see Showmaker and Chovy fighting each other like it is for the pride of being the best mid in the world and both play in the LCK. Then the blonde guy playing Jhin is Rekless, the european adc from G2, and we see him with Wonder, his teammate, forging weapons. This part came out weird cause G2 didnt make worlds lol. The guy that is playing Kai'sa is the chinese ADC from TOP Esports, JakeyLove. In the end of the video he looks like the main threat to beat Showmaker, but again, kinda weird since he also didnt make worlds. A bunch of other easter eggs in the video too, but the most important to me its that each player is in what it seems to be their own arena for their region, you dont see Showmaker interacting with Rekless or JakeyLove until the end in the 3D animation, we see Showmaker vs Chovy becauee they are in the same region.
The crown dropping is a reference to what he has said about this year. Translated he said something along the lines of “The Crown weighs heavy/Feels Heavy this year.”
The reason why Rekkles and JackieLove were featured is they base the cinematic off of the previous Worlds since it takes so long to animate these so basing it off of the upcoming Worlds would be impossible
Fun fact, this isnt actually the first time riot has done something with Pro players characters and their champions abilities, In the 2013 animation "Road to the cup" each team had their meta picks IE: Dyrus and Jayce, Madlife Blitzcrank, Scarra Gragas, Gambit Kha'zix ect
Do yourselves a favor and watch "KDA Villain" as well as Arcane. Just look at the early reviews of Arcane - It's the next generation of animation with only Spiderman Into The Spider-Verse being on the same level but different IMO

Dude the 3D part, I watched it 5 times in a row at 0.25 speed and there was still so much to look at, this is a masterpiece hands down
