How much should Tua be paid now? QB salaries aren't going down.

      @@MattNewton 50M

I think 50M is the minimum the Dolphins can offer Tua's camp. But is it enough? The total guaranteed money over the life of the contract is the likely sticking point.

Yes the phins don’t even wanna offer 40 mil 🤦🏽‍♂️ the problem is the franchise.

And I think that's why Tua's so "salty". Publicly, the love him but privately (as it relates to his contract) they are saying something different. Money talks. And Tua believes the Dolphins aren't talking loudly enough.

@@MattNewton yeah makes no sense phins are a losing franchise and now winning. The only other person to do that is Goff but I still choose Tua over him. But damn not offering even 40 is a slap in the face. no other QB is taking less than that and expect them to really win 🤦🏽‍♂️

Maybe the Dolphins want him to follow the Tom Brady model and take less money to get more help and possibly more wins. We'll see how it shakes out...

@@MattNewton less money bwahhhhh that’s how another team can come in that needs a QB can offer him more that already have a better OLine and defense. Go look who is getting paid

@@BigKahunaKai711 That's true. Washington didn't want to pay Cousins and Minnesota stepped in. Cowboys are doing something similar with Prescott. It's fascinating, to say the least.

What do you think would be fair compensation for Tua on an annual basis?
