ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Today in my abnormal psychology class, we learned about the idea of mindfulness being used in therapy for people with personality disorders, to help them relax and stuff. This makes me think of that a lot because you're always addressing the space in the area, manipulating it and taking it up in such a calming way. It makes me feel like the Earth is just so calm and relaxed for a bit, it's so wonderful (:

Your videos are my favorite when using headphones because you know how to best balance and use the mics. The tingles are overwhelming! Haha I love listening to you talk during too. i find it funny that even though this is supposed to be a relaxing video, the adds create a really loud environment. for example. my youtube red expired yesterday and its annoying with ads and i decided to watch this to see what i might find and sorta killed my ears because a 5 second trailer for jason bourne popped up

I have to say that one of the things I really like about MassageASMR is his cadence when he talks in these movies. The deliberate pauses and the dramatic hand gestures. I know its deliberate, and that might make it even better.
It would be so cool if you filmed in front of a green screen, but the background was your normal set up with a nature painting in the background. Then as the video went on the nature painting got bigger and eventually you were making the video inside of the nature setting! Not even sure if it's possible but it would be cool!
