Yup, for me concentration and focus is a necessary part of asmr and I almost never get a response to intentional asmr. Mindlessly scraping fingers on a hairbrush or crinkling paper is actually frustrating and annoying to me

While this channel did sort of introduce me to ASMR vids long ago, it did something more impactful, too: Dmitri showed me that triggers can be visual, not just audial. The way he concentrates on what he's doing is sometimes better than the sounds he's making for me. Im so glad he can continue to use tried and true methods nowadays.
