ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

Hi Dmitri. Love your videos. Thought this might help as I'm a professional music producer.. If you are having trouble with ringing sounds then pick a mid range EQ band on your mixer, boost it all the way and whisper into the mic in a way that causes the ringing, shift the EQ band across the spectrum until that particular ring is really prominent, then instead of having that frequency boosted, just knock it all the way down. Should fix your issue. Thanks for another great video mate :)

I love everything Dmitri does but my personal preference would be the ones where he is talking softly rather than whispering. I find his voice super relaxing and he could be reading the back of a Cornflakes packet for all I care!

7 years later I only found MessageASMR when he stopped doing much ASMR videos, still some of my favorites being his binaural brush videos like this one! His ASMR is timeless

Your audio setup is so sick...when I'm listening on headphones and hear a bump around 30:00, it sounds 100% like someone is tapping my bedroom door or something. I can listen to that part over and over and cannot tell it's coming from my headphones.

Even if you just word for word copy a Khan Academy video or something it would be brilliant to mix relaxation and meditation with actual self improvement and education. Are you a licensed masseuse or something? Cause everything you do is very intentional! The way you move, the way you speak with pauses and emphasis, the order in which you do things and how close you get to the mic. It seems very trained. Makes you stick out from all the others.
I think he just learned from experience and from what his viewers wanted, if you watch his first videos he doesn't do it as much
I think he has a massage licence..or whatever is that called...but he is one of the most experienced asmr artists that there are and the quality of his videos is mainly stemming from hundreds of videos he has already made before...

I love how realistic the sounds are like I hear a sound that sounds like someone walking into my room and I panic (beacuse its like 3 and it's a school night) but when I pause the video the noise stops
