@@meeple Big fan, I love the interaction between the classes. It feels really interconnected, thematic, and the classes are distinct and playing each requires a different strategy. Thematically I like world power and area control type games, so I am looking forward to seeing how this one plays, especially given who's making it. Plus I like all the stuff you said about the game already. Long answer to a simple Yes answer =p
This one probably works better than Hegemony at lower player counts, but I find both games to be better at higher player counts (at least for most players I think).
I would say neither of the themes are particularly "uplifting", but that's the nature of simulation-style games I suppose, with the state of things in the world. 😅
Looking forward to this campaign. Love what Hegemonic is doing, making both educational and interesting games.
Yeah, I said it in the video, but I'll say it again - it's like your best day in social studies class, when you got to play a simulation/game. 😄
Hegemony is a masterpiece. This is a must for me
Hegemony is a lot of game for my brain personally, but this one might hit more of a grove for me.
Great stuff David. I really look forward to this one!
Thanks Prof!
LOVE Hegemony. It's my favorite game of all time. So excited for the new game.
Dnag! "of all time"? That's saying something. What's your #2?
I'm excited. Thank you for the material :)
Thanks for watching!
Definitely picking this one up!
Hegemony fan are you?

I was afraid there wasn't enough to this game, but I'm convinced.
It's definitely a more medium experience than Hegemony, but there's still plenty of game here.
Is New Zealand on here?
Gives me somewhat of a twilight struggle vibe… any good comparison?
Maybe less granular in terms of the what's happening out on the board, and also just mostly thematically similar.
Amazing video!!! You think the game can play well at just 2P? Hegemony its great but just at 4P

How many world countries are represented on the cards?
There are 72 countries within the prototype. Maybe there will be more in the final edition.
Can I have your prototype? 😮
Ha! I'm afraid we have to keep it on hand (unless they as for it back). 🤣
2:49 this Norway card looks like Bosnia & Hercegovina to me ;) I hope they will correct it ;)
I'm sure they will!
Like Hegemony, the game mechanics look interesting... but the theme is so terrible it's soul-sucking. 😒
It's funny, the theme is a huge draw for me. Goes to show world is made of all sorts
I agree! no idea how people can praise the theme
@@chrisroberts7159 Yeah, also a good lesson for people.
