In my opinion I disagree with the guidelines of 1: crit dmg 2: skip cd... etc, since each character has different bonuses and from what I see, yours is referred to your main (adele), since I have all the characters +235 and i make bosses normally changing the legion according to each character. like so their links skills that are different too

to have full effect of crit dmg you need 100% crit otherwise is not the good
